I would say one of the worst things is that nobody opens the second pool once it it available for people to use. The gym closes when the front office closes, so those amenities are close between 5-6 PM and they only open at 8 AM so that's not even 12 hours of gym access.
Some tenants don't pick up their dog poop with is really annoying.
|Recommended: YesIntresting — Its nice and spacous. The walls are thin so you can hear your neighbors really well. The balcony is made of wood so if your uncomfortable with the idea of falling through the floor i would suggest getting a bottom apartment.

|Recommended: YesPest control problem — Really like the neighborhood and complex but due to delay in maintenance repairing the gap in the door and water leak, apartment developed pest problem. I have requested pest control to help solve the problem but no luck. The carpets in the unit isn't very durable and already after almost living here for 3 years, carpets are falling apart. The folks in the office are nice but I know they can only do so much to help.
