|Recommended: YesLove My Community — I have been living here since 2015. I have had relatives live here since early 2000. I have always loved the community. I always recommend the place to coworkers and friends. I just wish they had a discount for my employer. Overall, you all are doing a great job for me and my family. Providing support and assistance when it has been needed. My work orders are completed timely and with care. I appreciate all that you do. Shot out to Wendy Vania Vanya and Tommy Love you guys
|Recommended: YesPlease Stop Renting 1 Bed 1 Bathroom Units To Families Larger Than 3 People — I really enjoy living at alpine village now west end if could say anything wrong its the noise increase by the One bedroom units end where I reside by myself with a dog who doesnt bark who now barks because of the noise increase next door , we are in 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom units. Usually you would assume a 1 bedroom 1 bath would be for A single person, a couple and mabye 1 child or 1 pet maybe both depending. Well thats not the case with my new neighbors there are 2 adults and 3 children plus a large dog. There is constant noise since my last neighbors a couple with a small child moved. I don't think a one bedroom filled with that many people 5 people plus a dog should be an option for rent in a one bedroom with that large of a family. And to live around that many people as close as the units are gets very noisy due to the walls being thin. I liked the quiet of these one bedroom units because there wasnt much noise on this side due to less people occupying the units over here ,as it was when I lived in a 2 bed 1 1 2 Bath in these same apartments complexes which is more for a family of the size im living next to. I want to complain about the noise but I dont want to be that kind of neighbor who complains about noise every though it is ridiculous how loud they are and they do it all times through out the day I hear them outside my door and through my living bedroom and bathroom walls AND if the noise wasnt constant and just every now and then trust me there wouldnt be a review. My neighbors drive me and my dog crazy and I remotely work from home its so loud I wish they would consider the common sense when renting that if its a family of more than 3 people then put them in a 2 bedroom or more. So they can be on the family side of the apartment complex it makes more sense and its fair for the other tenents who pay there rent on time and cannot get any peace and quiet. Thank you
|Recommended: YesI Lived Here For Over 9 Years — the price of living is reasonable I have a 1 bedroom apartment I have lived in the 2 bedroom and also 3 bedroom love them all. the office staff are so kind Wendy is very understanding. I am looking forward to staying longer hopeful I can get a 2 bedroom soon.

|Recommended: YesThe Property Is Well-Managed. — When I met Wendy Pinzon, Property Manager, two years ago, she described Alpine now Edgewood as home for the residents living here. I was seeking a place I could call home for the time I needed. I appreciated her way of thinking and conducting business, which carries through the office staff and maintenance crew. They are pleasant, respectful, responsive and professional. I also appreciate the quiet and community atmosphere of the apartment complex, the layout of our apartment unit, and its convenient location.
|Recommended: YesGood Place — Good place for families - mostly stay indoors - bit outdated layouts, and older construction, but it's mostly quiet here, which is a plus. Can't really hear the cars of the inner city, and most people are friendly.
