submitted by Lino G. - |Recommended: YesI Wouldn't Be Caught Living Anywhere Else. — I moved to Las Vegas a little over 15 years ago and this is the first and only property I have lived in since. It has only been very quiet and peaceful and I have never experienced any sort of crime . I would say the strongest asset by far is the Property Manager Wendy and her staff. It is remarkable how attentive she is to any issues that come up and always has the time to follow up with me. She really has a way of making a tenant feel important and appreciated
